Jackson-Final Stop-Jackson Community Swimming Pool
So your not supposed to go head first down the slides, but Brayden didn't know, it was fun while it lasted!
Kenzie loving it! A girl attached herself to Kenzie at the pool she said they were in 1st grade together. The little girl didn't believe us when I said we weren't from Jackson, so Kenzie had this long lost friend playing with her half the time.Jackson-2nd Stop-Town Square
Max chilling
Cute Kenzie
No trip to Jackson is complete without walking through the antler arch!
It was a beautiful day, we had a great time wandering around Jackson!
The kids thought this statue looked like Grandpa Murray before he shaved his mustache so they had to get a picture by it.We were able to go in a lot of Art and Photo Galleries, it was SO much fun our kids finally enjoy stuff like that. We all were amazed in the photography galleries and had a great time looking at wildlife. What a fun day!
Day trip to Jackson-1st Stop-Elk Refuge
This is a view from a distance of the Elk Herd we saw. We were able to get a good view through the binoculars. I can't wait to get a lense for my camera that will zoom in better.
The little white dots on the hill are Bighorn Sheep, we were able to see a lot of them and actually get fairly close to a few of them. It was aweswome!Wednesday, February 24, 2010
Blue and Gold Banquet
Justin and Brayden helping set the tables for the Blue & Gold Banquet.
The "100" cake they made for the 100th year celebration of scouting.
Brayden and his buddy TuckerBrayden loves scouting. I am so glad he has awesome leaders who make his experience so much fun. Sunday we were able to attend our friends Eagle Scout Presentation Ceremony, Brayden got so excited looking at his uniforms and all the many activities/accomplishments of Clayton. We are thankful he as such great examples here in our ward to motivate him.

Basketball Brayden
January - February was filled with a lot of Basketball games for the Mecham Family. We LOVED Saturday mornings at the Jr. High for Brayden's basketball games. He had a great time this year and loved his coach, Brayden had the same coach last year and hopes to have him again next year.
Brayden is in the middle with the basketball being attacked. Basketball for 4th graders kinda resembles a mixture of football/basketball, but boy do they have fun!
I got it!Not only did we have a blast at Brayden's ball games, we attended almost all of Rigby High School basketball games, even most of the away games. What a fun way to spend time as a family during the winter blahs! We pride ourselves as being Rigby's #1 fans!!!

Superbowl Party
We had an amazing Superbowl Party-but who wouldn't with the Lameroux, Anderson, and Mecham Families. Each family brought different finger foods, it was so good. The kids ran around crazy and played, the Dad's watched the Superbowl, the Moms laughed and cried. This was kinda a bitter sweet party-our good friends the Lameroux's are moving to California-so we have been having many goodbye parties. The three stooges are now down to two, but we do wish them the best of luck in California and we can't wait to visit. Ironically Justin is within 10 miles of their new home right now on a business trip--next year I'll be with him!
