First Day of School 2009!

I can't believe summer is over and school is in session! Where did summer go? I keep telling the kids the summer went by so fast because we had so much fun! I always get a little sad to see the kids go back to school, Max got really sad today-he'll be starting preschool soon so he'll forget how sad he is. --------Kids just got home and both had a great first day! Hallelujah!
Can't believe Bray is in 4th grade-I remember 4th grade!

Lagoon!

Eagle Farms had their summer party at Lagoon. We had a great time. Max wishes he was a little taller so he can ride more rides, Bray and Kenzie are brave and love all the rides. The weather was perfect-it was a great way to spend the last weekend of summer.

Love this ride!

What we've been up to this summer!

This summer we've spent a lot of time working in our yard! We have hauled dirt in, moved dirt around, leveled dirt, had fun driving BIG tractors, created flower bed areas, picked rocks, picked rocks, and picked rocks (my kids felt like they did this every day), hauled gravel in, made a fire pit area, put sprinlers in, put curbing in, planted grass. Now I am watering grass and waiting for it to grow. I am pretty sure I have some sort of disorder I check the grass several times a day checking for growth etc...GROW GRASS GROW!!!

Curbing around firepit area-looks like wood.

Camping fun in Mckay

We just spent the weekend in Mckay, Idaho. Here is a picture of the kids fishing on the reservoir, no luck there.
Kenzie giving my thumbs up that she is having fun!
When we weren't fishing we went 4 wheelin. We went up some gorgeous canyons. The kids had a blast!
Max goofing off while fishing.
A few minutes of serious fishing.
Kenzie relaxing/fishing.
The boys determined to catch some fish.
Brayden the most determined fisherman of the group!
Playing with the worms is a lot more fun than fishing.
Kenzie and Dad caught fish at the same time-even got their lines tangled when reeling them in. Kenzie's fish is a nice size for the river---now Justin's went straight back in the river. Justin's fish looked like something Kenzie's fish might eat for a snack.
Look at my fish!
The VERY determined Brayden finally caught one by the tail!
Patience! Patience! Patience!
Grandma trying to keep dry in the rain!
Enjoying the scenery on one of our 4 wheeler adventures.

Soccer Team Pics

Kenzie and her Team.
Kenzie has had a lot of fun! This week is her last game and she is sad-she has enjoyed every minute of soccer. Last game Kenzie made an awesome goal. She and Ally stole the ball, passed the ball to each other, and Kenzie scored! YES!

Cousin Kit is in town.

Justin, Brayden, Kenzie, Max, and Kit all working on the firepit.
It got too late to make smores outside so the kids settled for smores in the microwave.
Enjoying our new firepit in the backyard.

Soccer Fun!

Kenzie #8 - Go Kenzie! Go!
Still looking cute as ever as goalie!

Kenzie is really enjoying soccer! I'm glad she decided to try playing. She is having a lot Fun!

Blackfoot Friends!

My good friends Jean and Diane came up to visit my family in July. They are awesome ladies and I am so glad I was able to visit with them. The are both wonderful examples to me and my family. I was also able to have lunch this month with Linda, Cathy Jo, and Allison. (forgot my camera). I am thankful for all my Blackfoot buddies and glad I still hear from them.
