Day 3 - Floatin the River

The highlight of this trip was floating the river!  We had so much fun river rafting!  We went down dozens of times and each time was so much fun!  This is definitely something our family would love to do again!

Day 2 - Chesterfield/Pool Time

Day 2 was spent in Chesterfield we had a great time exploring this old pioneer town.  Chesterfield has lots of fun things to do and explore, we visited many old pioneer homes and learned a lot about this area.  We ended the day swimming at Lava Hot Springs!  Great Day!

 

Day 1 - Home Hotel

Lava Hot Springs - Murdoch Reunion

 

Our family vacation to Lava Hot springs was a lot of fun!  We stayed at the Home Hotel, each family had a room at this hotel and Grandma & Grandpa Murdoch and Grandma Glenda stayed in a home they rented.  We had a lot of fun being together and doing a variety of activities.

The Best Birthday Cake Ever!

This is the most awesome Birthday Cake EVER!  My good friend Brittany Foster made this awesome cake for me for my Birthday.  I love it!  I love it more than I love Diet Coke!  What an awesome thoughtful gift!  I was able to share this cake with my family down at Lava Hot Springs on our family vacation.  I sure appreciate Brittany and I consider myself very luck to have such a good friend!

Stampede Days

 

First of June Rigby has their city celebration Stampede Days.  We were able to enjoy our town and some of the festivities around Stampede Days.  We had a really enjoyable day, our morning began with a parade and ended with a rodeo.  Brayden handed out flyers for a company and we all enjoyed the parade, and we always enjoy a good rodeo.  The sunset at the rodeo was beautiful!

AAA Cal Ripken Champs!!!



 

What a fun season!  This boys have fun and play well together!  The Tigers were AAA champions!  They played teams around Rigby and some surrounding areas they had a great season.  Grandma and Grandpa Mecham were able to make it to his championship game.  Bray we are proud of you and the young man you are becoming on and off the field!

AAA Baseball - Tigers!!!

Bray is excited for baseball this year.  He is learning and growing a lot in his baseball abilities.  He is playing third base for the Tigers and seems to be really enjoying it.  His coaches are Coach Hall, Coach Ellsworth, and Coach Tyler Wray.  He enjoys playing with this group of boys they all have a lot of fun, we also enjoy the friendships we've made with all the parents.  Play ball!!!

Machine Pitch Baseball - Max

Max really enjoyed playing machine pitch with all of his buddies this year.  His buddies Diezel Anderson, Brandon Albertson, Zach Albertson, and Jett Archibald were all on his team.  Heidi Neville coached this team and did an awesome job.  They are all so excited to chase the ball and hit the ball.  Max is starting to take baseball a little more serious this year so he enjoyed playing a lot more than previous years.  This was a cute group of kids and we all enjoyed watching them play.

 

Pinedale

One place Justin always enjoys going is visiting his uncles in Pinedale, Wyoming we don't get there often enough but when we do it is always a wonderful time.  Justin's cousin was having his missionary farewell Sunday, on Saturday the Nelson's were having a big family dinner.  Grandma and Grandpa Mecham drove to Pinedale with us.  We had a great time visiting with all of the Nelson relatives.  Max absolutely loves listening to Andy and James who do cowboy poetry and had to have a picture with just them.  We had a great day and I am glad we decided to drive up to Pinedale.
