Grandma Kathy's 60th Birthday!

Since our family was getting together for Max's birthday we decided to celebrate Grandma Kathy's 60th Birthday up here also.  Grandma Kathy is a wonderful example to all of us and we are so grateful and blessed to have her influence in our lives.  For her birthday we had 60 different friends and family write letters to her sharing memories or expressing their thanks to her.  Happy 60th Grandma Kathy!

Bowling Fun @ Fat Cats

Our family all came to Idaho to celebrate Max's birthday and baptism, Jeff and Haley came a day early and we headed to Fat Cats for some bowling fun!

Rigby Lake

 

We have enjoyed cooling of at Rigby Lake this summer. We have a lot of fun playing in the sand and in the water.  Rigby Lake is usually pretty crowded but we have found a section not a lot of people go to and we love spending the afternoon there.

Is my youngest really almost eight and ready to be baptized?  Max and I had a lot of fun takings some pictures for his baptism invitation.  Max is such a good, handsome, and fun kid! 



Madison Jamborall

Football season is once again in full swing and we started the season with a Jamboral in Madison.  Brayden love his team and loves playing football!  He has enjoyed having Justin as one of the coaches and it is fun watching them both learn and grow.  Brayden is playing center again this year and is doing a fabulous job! 

McKenzie's Garden

 

McKenzie has done an amazing job with her garden this year, I say her garden because she has done most of the work.  It is so fun to watch her work in her garden, and finally see the fruits of her labor when produce was ready to be picked!  Thanks for your time and dedication to this garden because we have all enjoyed eating it!

Play Day in Rexburg

 

What a fun day the kids and I had in Rexburg!  Justin was working out of town so we decided we needed to get away and play for the day!  We went bowling and played games, and had lunch at Fat Cats, then we had a treat at Jamba Juice, and finally we explored BYU-I's campus.  Fun Day!

River Rock Youth Triathlon

I know my kids can do hard things and this triathlon was one of them.  I was so  proud of each of my children as I watched them compete in this triathlon.  They swam, biked, and ran and each one them did an amazing job.  Good Job Brayden, Kenzie, and Max we are SO proud of each one of you!

Linking the Past to the Present....Trek 2012

What an honor and privilege it was for Justin and I to serve as a Ma and Pa on our stake's pioneer trek.  We had an amazing time and many testimony building experiences.  It is a week we will never forget!  The kids in our trek family were amazing and we grew to love and appreciate each one of them.  We were able to see the priesthood in action through blessings.  Our testimonies of the pioneers were increased ten fold, and we had many faith building experiences.  We were able to walk were our ancestors walked and feel of their presence and love.  We grew to love and appreciate our trek family and learned something from each one of them.  We will forever be grateful for this experience and hope and pray our own children will have the opportunity of going on this trek someday.
