Warning!
I just posted a TON of pictures of our home we're building, if these pictures bore you can check out our kids in older posts. We are almost done! Just a few things left! I posted so many pictures you actually have to go to older posts to see the kitchen, then don't miss my cute kids dressed up for our Halloween Party.
Bathrooms
Upstairs bathroom. Max refers to it as his bathroom because it is by his room.
Downstairs bathroom. (Brayden and Kenzie's bathroom) I wish I could take better pictures but you get a good glimpse of our home. I can't wait to move in. It has turned out nice and looks better in person so your all welcome to come visit.
Master Bedroom
I didn' really take pictures of the bedrooms. This shows the tray (I think that is what it is called) ceiling in the master. Our office we painted an accent wall USU blue, Max has an accent red wall in his room, McKenzie has an accent pink wall (she also has a nice walk-in closet), Braydens room doesn't have an accent wall he is decorating with John Deere stuff and we couldn't find a green we liked for a wall.Kitchen

If you notice we have pieces of blue tape everywhere, places to be cleaned, fixed, etc. Instead of hiring a clean up company we are going to clean this week. We still need our carpet, it is going in as I type. Carpet should be done on Wed. Final inspection - then we'll close and move in this weekend or next.
Halloween Party!
Our Elementary had a really fun Halloween Party Friday. The kids were out of school Friday, the PTO decorated & prepared for a fun party that night. Brayden went as a vampire, he originally wanted to be a baseball player and wanted a jersey from the sports store in the mall, but with a price tag of around $75 - $100 we went another direction. Max has wanted to be a cowboy for months. McKenzie opted for the beautiful witch costume. We had a great time playing lots of different games in the classrooms, and had a good unhealthy dinner. The kids had a great time!Tuesday, October 7, 2008
Joy in the Journey
What a great Women's Conference and General Conference! I love Conference! Our Prophet and apostles are so inspired, each speaker over Conference seemed to have something just for me. I kinda feel guilty-so many of the talks seemed to be just for me. President Monson's talk about enjoying our lives was so inspired and something I needed to hear. I really need to focus on living in the moment-all to often I find myself wishing for time to go by-weekends to come, home to be completed, etc.. instead I need to live in the moment and enjoy my three wonderful kids and husband.
Many of my friends often warn me how fast this stage of life flies by, and when I take a moment to look back I realize how fast time does go by. I am going to work hard each day to find joy in the journey of my fun and crazy life. I am so grateful for my kids, they are awesome, I love their zest and zeal for life and I am truly thankful I am able to be on this journey with them. I am so lucky to have a husband who always finds a way to create joy in the journey whatever the situation maybe. I am truly blessed!

Feeling the JOY in our USU room as we sing the Aggie Fight Song!
