Bray's car was in the middle of the pack this year, but on the loop shown above his car and only one other car were able to go through the loop without crashing.

The boys spent the weekend working on Bray's Pinewood Derby car. They had a great time and more pictures will follow of the big race. Thanks for helping with Brayden's car Grandpa! Good job boys the car is awesome!!! 
While the boys spent Saturday afternoon working on Brayden's Pinewood Derby car. The girls spent the afternoon shopping for Brayden's Turtle. We had so much fun! We wanted to surprise Brayden by giving him his gifts in a random order ending with his turtle. We gave him bark, a log, lights, etc...all working up towards the TURTLE which he has named Woody since he is a wood turtle. The above picture is Brayden's confused looke while opening up Kenzie's stuffed turtle.
The excitement is building and he has figured out that he is getting a turtle.

Happy 10th Birthday Brayden!!! We love you so much and it is truly our honor to be your parents. You are such a fine young man and a good example to us! Thank You Brayden! We love you! We can't wait to celebrate your Birthday all week!

All the 4th grade particpants and their medals! Brayden didn't place in the top 3 but had a fun time looking at all the projects and going on to the district science fair. Grandma and Grandpa Murdoch came up this weekend for Brayden's 10th Birthday so they were able to go to the awards ceremony with us.
