2011 Football Season is underway. Each year the Kid Grid Football teams have a pre-season tournament with one another to see how each team stacks up. Brayden's team Rigby 3 won all three games and they are all excited for the football season to begin. Our first game was at home and Grandma and Grandpa Murdoch were able to attend, they played one of the top teams from last year-we ended up losing by a few points, but it was a great opening game. Brayden is #46 with the red sleeves hanging below his jersey. I really hate the red under armor hanging below his jersey but helps me quickly find him on the football field.
Max also began his flag football season this weekend. This year his team is the Cowboys. He is really growing up and proving to be more aggressive and into the game. He is still good at giving the opposing team mean faces and is an intimidating force to be against. Love my boys and love watching them play football!
It was Grandma Murdoch's Birthday while they were visiting us - so after football we went and had lunch at Costa Vida then headed to Bear World. It was a great day to be at Bear World-a little overcast so all the bears were wandering around. We had a really good time at Bear World and enjoyed watching all the animals. Happy Birthday Grandma-what a good Grandma choosing to go to Bear World on her Birthday. Thanks Grandma!
